Change password

If you want to change your password, log in at https://myaccount.microsoft.com and click Change password.

Note: You may be required to use multi-factor authentication in order to change your password, so make sure you have your mobile phone nearby.

If you have forgotten your password, you should also go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/

If you are presented with the login box shown below, click Can’t access your account?

You can then enter your student email address and use multi-factor authentication to gain access and create a new password.

If you are a completely new student and have not yet received your student email address and password, please contact your study programme / education administration.

A few weeks before you start your studies, you will receive your new student email address and password via both SMS and email.
